One bedroom available in three bedroom townhouse. Shared by three other people, and three animals (one dog and two cats). Non-smoker is preferred, but not necessary. Must be a clean, and quite individual, who also likes animals.
We have a washer and dryer in the basement; one and a half bathrooms, backyard, swimming pool and tennis court (both open in the summer).
We are a 5 minute walk away from the 118, and less than a minute away from the 150. Algonquin College is one bus away, or 30 minute walk. WalMart, Loblaws, Food Basic, McDonalds, Subway, Comic Book Shoppe, and more is available within a 10 minute walk at most.
Priority will be given to those who can pay last month's rent before move in, due to the fact that we'll be covering our roommates rent for March since he paid last month's rent when he moved in, though this is not necessary.
We split everything for the house evenly, between four people total. Internet is unlimited. I am working on getting a cheaper provider, while still keeping the unlimited, but I'll have to work that out with everyone once we fill the room. Hydro (heat is covered by the property) is billed monthly, per our usage, so it will not be the same every month.
